Alongside Judge Hand, Jarred White of FW22 will speak on the organization's efforts and involvement with the Allen Circuit Veteran's Court.

Jarred White was born and raised here in Fort Wayne, IN and attended Concordia Lutheran High School, before leaving to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps. Jarred has been to dozens of other countries while in the Marines, while being deployed for operation Tomodachi, and being deployed in Kandahar, where he fought in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. After Jarred’s time in the Marines, he came home and co-founded with his best friend, Fort Wayne 22, Inc. (FW22). Jarred’s motto is simple: “it’s ok to not be ok” and “as a community, when we work together, great things happen. One Team, One Fight.”
FW22 is organized to facilitate community involvement in the support and assistance of Veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) while simultaneously educating on suicide prevention and mental illness. The organization was established in June 2014 by two area Marines, Jarred White and Tyler Egbert, in response to the Veteran suicide epidemic. Both men felt compelled to take action and promote change within their local communities by creating an annual event representing the 22 plus Veterans that take their own lives everyday due to unresolved mental health ailments.
